We are seeking a full time Medical Receptionist for our busy Downtown Ophthalmology practice.

This position requires multi-tasking effortlessly, prioritizing efficiently, handling patient requests and handling all administrative tasks with a positive attitude (to include patient check-in, check-out, receiving payments, and answering telephones).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • A high level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical and administrative staff.
  • Ability to work well independently and be detailed-oriented, but also interact well with a team.
  • Occasional Travel to other locations

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must speak Mandarin
  • Medical office: 2 years
